Operator and scope

VOYALEX is operated by Voyalex Travel Ltd. Şti., contact location Sakarya, Türkiye, email info@voyalex.com. These terms cover VOYALEX services. Account creation asks for acceptance; privacy information and any required consent are separate. Accounts require adulthood and contractual capacity. Mandatory law prevails.

Comparison and purchase limits

VOYALEX compares travel offers and refers you to sellers; it does not collect traveler booking payments. Your booking contract is with the seller. Prices, availability, taxes, fees, room scope and payment/cancellation conditions may change. Verify the seller’s final screen and contract before purchasing. Buy Score and similar indicators are decision support, not a promise of the lowest price, perfect service or a particular outcome.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your details accurate, protect your account and report suspected misuse. Do not share passwords or verification codes. Use the service lawfully.

• No unauthorised access, bypassing safeguards, malware, fraud or impersonation
• No disruptive automation, unauthorised bulk extraction or service interference
• No infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights
• Necessary, proportionate restrictions may address security or misuse; contact us to contest them

Sellers, cancellation and commissions

Review the seller’s payment, change, cancellation and refund terms and retain confirmation. A general 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to every accommodation booking for specified dates; contractual cancellation and statutory rights need separate consideration. Some referrals may earn commissions under commercial agreements; this alone does not increase organic ranking. External sites operate under their own terms.

Intellectual property and responsibility

Rights in VOYALEX branding, software and original content belong to the relevant owners. Personal use does not transfer ownership. Third-party hotel images, brands and data retain their protections. Interruptions, source errors and delays may occur; report errors. These terms do not exclude mandatory liability for VOYALEX’s own service, wilful misconduct/gross fault or consumer rights.

Changes, disputes and contact

Current terms appear with a date. Material changes require any legally necessary notification and acceptance; rights from past transactions cannot be removed retroactively. Contact info@voyalex.com to seek a resolution. Competent courts, consumer arbitration bodies and other remedies under applicable Turkish law and mandatory consumer protections remain available. This is not an exclusive Sakarya court agreement.
